"Oil change appointment " On and out as promised. Keep you informed has to when the next oil change should be. Checked for any recalls that the vehicle might have. Went beyond customer service.
"Service review" Justin went above and beyond! Excellent customer service! I was checked in right on time and my car was ready exactly on time. I would definitely request to be scheduled with Justin in the future.
"Great experience " I had a very good experience, I was in and out, within a reasonable amount of time. My car came back clean, and serviced. The waiting area is comfortable, and there are snacks, coffee, water etc. I would recommend Schumacher North lake.
"First class experience!" Spent a couple of weeks looking for a new vehicle and Schumacher GMC stood out against the competition. All four dealerships I contacted were quick to respond, but the face to face experience at Schumacher GMC exceeded all others. This was my first experience buying from Schumacher, but it won’t be my last.
