"Outstanding Customer Experience " Prior to taking my family on our annual holiday vacation out-of-state I always bring my vehicles to this location. During my last visit I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an overall check up. During this visit they found a small anti-freeze leak. "Auto repairs " I went to Schumacher for an auto repair. The employees at Schumacher were extremely friendly and helped me throughout the process. My repair advisor was Nick J. "Quick Routine Maintenance" I was in this morning for routine maintenance on my Chevy Tahoe. I had an appointment and also had my baby along with me. Nick, my service manager, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He gave me a very accurate window of time that the service would take which is critical when waiting with a 10 month old. I was grateful for the toy room to let my baby play in and will absolutely continue to come back to this dealership for all service needs.

"No pressure; attentive salesman " Met initially with Zach Rogers to discuss updating my 2016 Encore to a 2019. Zach was pleasant and personable. He listened and was able to accommodate my needs for a reasonable deal. No drama; no glitches and a new car ready and waiting in December 31!
