"Excellent Experience!" I leased my previous car from Schumacher and it was a less than stellar experience. Cindy at Northlake service changed my mind. Last weekend I went to get an idea of a new lease, still hesitant, Luckily I met Mike Storm. Super personality and really no pressure. 3 hours later I had a new car and will be a Schumacher family member for life. "Vehicle Alignment" The service manager at Schumacher Northlake, Kellie, was courteous and professional and very understanding of my needs. Service advisors Jesse and Jay quickly wrote my service order and kept me informed. Technicians John and Chris did an outstanding job on my alignment was done perfectly. Thank you Schumacher Team!

"Jay is a wonderful service advisor. I would recommend him " When coming into the store Kelly was extremely helpful J was extremely helpful Gray also kept his word which is very important to me. I would recommend the service department to anyone

"Oil change " Good helpful prompt service right at my scheduled appointment time. I called about 30 minutes prior and they had an opening. Very courteous and informative on my cars progress.

"Outstanding Customer Experience " Prior to taking my family on our annual holiday vacation out-of-state I always bring my vehicles to this location. During my last visit I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an overall check up. During this visit they found a small anti-freeze leak. Not only did they fix the leak but they showed me exactly where it was this could have been catastrophic if I was traveling with my family out of state. "FAST & Reasonably Priced" Rob Nanz went the extra mile to get the abnornal service I needed on my old 2005 Sierra (334076 mi). Couldn't be happier and will be back.

"Auto repairs " I went to Schumacher for an auto repair. The employees at Schumacher were extremely friendly and helped me throughout the process. My repair advisor was Nick J. And he was polite and professional when I was going through the process of having my car repaired. He consistently updated me and showed an extraordinary amount of professionalism and courtesy.
