"Best service ever" Jesse the service advisor does an excellent job every time. He goes above and beyond for me. If I have to wait I have a time when ready and most of the time it’s before that time. When I get in early and the work is done before I go to work. I’m very pleased with not having to take the shuttle. The waiting area is not smelly and coffee is good with snacks if needed.

"Outstanding service, outstanding service personnel..." Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, genuine, honest, and really, really nice folks. I would highly recommend Schumacher for GM service.. Very attentive and sincere. I am very impressed with Nick Jensen, his Service Director, Jim Liantonio, and all of the ladies in the front office who work to provide the loaner cars from the fleet.
