"Great service" I only went for my key to be program and customer service was great and everyone was friendly and very busy helping customers wait wasn't long at all.
"Great service." This is at least the 3rd time I have rated and written a review on Jay!! As I say each time Jay has provided professional. top-notch service. Really do not not know what more i can write to you.
"Service Maintenence" I am amazed how far along the service department has come. I have been to the Chevy Brand, and hesitant on their Service department. Within the last year or so, a complete turnaround in my mind. I especially think that Wilson brings a genuine touch to taking care if people. He is one of the key components why I would recommend.
"Excellent!!!!" I was taken 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Justin was kind,polite, respectful, in all I wanted to get done at this dealership. He went out of his way to make sure I was in need of nothing. Justin was well mannered and gave me directions in a very professional manner to my next appointment. "The service writer is excellent and listens to our needs." All of our concerns were addressed and everyone were extremely helpful. The car had not been serviced because the money was not available. Now all the issues have been resolved and we are very happy.

"Wonderful experience " Went in to get a new truck for my husband, didn't have time as I had was to go back to work. I had the BEST sales guy, Mike Castro, he made the process very smooth as he followed up with us and also helped us to get a truck that us in our budget.
