"Oil change " Good helpful prompt service right at my scheduled appointment time. I called about 30 minutes prior and they had an opening. Very courteous and informative on my cars progress.
"Outstanding Customer Experience " Prior to taking my family on our annual holiday vacation out-of-state I always bring my vehicles to this location. During my last visit I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an overall check up. During this visit they found a small anti-freeze leak. Not only did they fix the leak but they showed me exactly where it was this could have been catastrophic if I was traveling with my family out of state. "FAST & Reasonably Priced" Rob Nanz went the extra mile to get the abnornal service I needed on my old 2005 Sierra (334076 mi). Couldn't be happier and will be back.
"Auto repairs " I went to Schumacher for an auto repair. The employees at Schumacher were extremely friendly and helped me throughout the process. My repair advisor was Nick J. And he was polite and professional when I was going through the process of having my car repaired. He consistently updated me and showed an extraordinary amount of professionalism and courtesy.

"Quick Routine Maintenance" I was in this morning for routine maintenance on my Chevy Tahoe. I had an appointment and also had my baby along with me. Nick, my service manager, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He gave me a very accurate window of time that the service would take which is critical when waiting with a 10 month old. I was grateful for the toy room to let my baby play in and will absolutely continue to come back to this dealership for all service needs.
"No pressure; attentive salesman " Met initially with Zach Rogers to discuss updating my 2016 Encore to a 2019. Zach was pleasant and personable. He listened and was able to accommodate my needs for a reasonable deal. No drama; no glitches and a new car ready and waiting in December 31! Second Buick and previous GMC owner—I would return and highly recommend!
