"Professionalizm " Dennis Vaughan is the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with and would recommend Him and Schumacher to anyone looking for a vehicle and a positive experience while doing it. He knew everything about the truck I was interested in buying,and answered all my questions quickly.He helped me choose the right truck at the right price. "SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER (JACK)" Having a Service Manager of his demeanor, understanding of staff and customers needs and feelings is the largest PLUS that Schumacher may have made this point. The follow-up that he does to ensure a customer is totally satisfied is exemplary. After a purchase, service is essential and HE gives it 150%. Thank YOU Jack!!!
