"mirror reattached and oil change" It did take to visits to get the right cement but the mirror is still attached and Jesse was very friendly and I would recommend your dealership

"Service Center" Kellie is very professional and pleasant when scheduling to have my car service. Kellie and the I service received where awesome while I waited on my car to be service.
"Need oil change, tire rotation and my blinker looked at." Ashaunti Dozier provided great service and kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. Service Dept said my blinker broke but they reassembled it and it worked after that so I do not need the part.
"Seamless...." Very professional and teamwork. This was my whole experience, and going beyond in customer service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this car dealership.

"Kelly is awesome!" Kelly was a great service advisor. She took care of obtaining a loaner car, figured out what service plan I had, made sure that my car got a spectacular wash and detail, handled all my maintenance issues and found a way to reduce my overall bill by giving me credit for all the cars I have bought at Schumacher over the years! Wonderful! Plus everyone I interfaced with at Schumacher had a smile and a helpful attitude.
"Great Service People." Dave Stadelman is always a great guy. Even the men that take my car back to the bay to have the service done are so polite and always kind. My visit was timely as I was in a hurry due to business meeting and Dave and the crew got me on my way in very good time. I always look forward to seeing my Chevy people in service.
"very pleasant" I had an appointment and arrived on time ..my service rep was at lunch someone else checked me in. I am sorry that I do not remember his name, but he was very pleasant
