"warranty" I bought a 2014 300 from the Toyota dealership down the street from them. I had warranty item that needed taken care of they told me to take it back to toyota. So don't expect any help from their service department if you don't buy your car from them. Very unprofessional. Ed Morse toyota figured out a way to get my mirror fixed. Much better dealership.
"Rude punk kid" Very rude in your face to a women.. They gave wrong info so I tried to meet half way over $12 dollars.. Really? Don't buy here they are con artists
"STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY MOTORS!!!!" These people are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a new car in September of '13 and it is a LEMON! Delray Dodge consistently orders the wrong repair parts, their technicians miss service items and they even damaged my car causing $1000 in body work to be done to it. My car has been in their shop for over two months since I've bought the car. Their dealership refuses to deal with the situation appropriately. "Nighmare" Most horrible experience I ever had. Purchase my new Jeep from this dealer in July 2013. I decided to opt for the leather seats which needed to be swapped out. First visit, wrong seat covers were installed, second visit was to show them wrong covers were installed (someone else needed to see this). Third visit was to get the problem corrected. Drove 3 hours after confirming they had the vehicle I was looking for,, upon arrival they told me the vehicle had just been sold to a dealer 10 miles from my house in Fort Myers... They tried to rectify the situation, but dropped the ball. Unorganized group and no wonder they have low review. I gave them a chance and they blew it...

The sales person was nice enough as we visited twice to consider buying a Chrysler or Honda. We decided on the Chrysler because the price we were given in writing was better then the Honda. "Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the..." Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the filth all over the place. Mud on the floor,dirt everywhere,garbage cans overflowing,parts thrown everywhere and even broken walls. I also had a terrible experience with my first appointment on my new MKZ hybrid. Car was returned unwashed, took far longer than promised and the presets were not working. I had a Jaguar XJ which I traded in because I wanted to buy American.
