"Can't even make a service appointment for over 1 month" The service department is the absolute worst!! New policy is crap. If you have a scheduled service you need to make they won't give you an appointment and you just bring the car in. The only problem is they will make you wait for literally 3-5 hours for your car for your "free" scheduled maintenance. If you have a problem with your car that is not a scheduled service (e.g. need brakes) you will literally wait 30 days for an appointment and closer to 45 days if you want... read more

"The worst auto service -" Last year, took my car in because of a terrible odor. After a whole(not sure what they did), said it's good-to-go and bring it back if a problem. Brought it back with same problem and after a day, it's good to go.It wasn't so took it to another dealer who suggested I spray it with lysol which did the job. "Called for an oil change. Sure, come any time up to 5..." Called for an oil change. Sure, come any time up to 5 pm. Drive through rush hour traffic but when I get there it's a whole other story. Every one looks buried in work. "It could take 2 1/2 hours at least!" I'm told. "Better off leaving it". Same old story here. One end doesn't know what the other is doing. Sure they'll sell as many cars as they can. Service? Hmmm

"Service department possibly engaged in fraudulent practices" Recently dropped off a 2014 Jeep Patriot for an oil, air filter change and battery service. The work order writeup was handled by Robert Pikovski. He was instructed to perform the above service and perform an inspection. If there was any additional work to be done, please call for authorization first. I also inquired about a loaner should the car need to stay overnight. "Rip off dealership, stay away " Purchased a certified ram truck 2 1/2 years ago, the transmission went up, called service department to see about warranty, never received a call back. Finally found out that Because we did not get all our service done at their dealership the warranty is not covered . At the initial purchased they talked me into an insurance policy that turned it to be a Schumacher dealership agency for $2,000 a year way more than other places. "Unauthorized warranty charge cost $2079 to owner." I thought this dealership was 5 stars. Until a few years after when I went to file a claim for my money back guarantee offered by the Mopar Vehicle Protection plan and came to find out that in all my years of owning the vehicle and years of meticulously never using the warranty unless a catastrophic event happened I come to find out that for a simple $100 or so dollar service that I paid for my warranty was also charged.
