"new management very disapointing" My mom purchased her Jeep here s little over a year ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately none of the people she dealt with are still there. "Worst walk in experience ever at DODGE JEEP Go Elsewhere" My wife and I were looking for a 4 door Jeep. We just wanted to test drive then buy. We waited and waited and waited for 20mins for someone to help us. I was told they are too busy. Finally after 10mins the manager Jim came out and offered no apology. We walked out and purchased elsewhere. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP
"Go elsewhere" Terrible customer service. Had to bring car back multiple times for same problem. Generally rude and incompetent customer service. It's worth driving a few miles to go somewhere else. Arrigo is like a night and day difference...so much better.
"Screwed" Read your lease carefully. They are scam artist. Its my fault for not understanding leases fully, but now I do. I would never use this dealership again nor recommend them to anyone. The finance manager is a a**hole. They definitely took advantage. They know they did and the best part is now I cant do anything about. Have had the car for a month. "Thieves, run away from this dealer" Nothing that comes out of this sales persons (Frank B.) mouth is true. Everything is a lie & deceiving. He lies so much that he doesn't even remember his own lies. Dustin (the other sales person) was ok to deal with initially but he never follows through nor return your calls or e e mails. "warranty" I bought a 2014 300 from the Toyota dealership down the street from them. I had warranty item that needed taken care of they told me to take it back to toyota. So don't expect any help from their service department if you don't buy your car from them. Very unprofessional. Ed Morse toyota figured out a way to get my mirror fixed. Much better dealership.
"Rude punk kid" Very rude in your face to a women.. They gave wrong info so I tried to meet half way over $12 dollars.. Really? Don't buy here they are con artists
"STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY MOTORS!!!!" These people are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a new car in September of '13 and it is a LEMON! Delray Dodge consistently orders the wrong repair parts, their technicians miss service items and they even damaged my car causing $1000 in body work to be done to it. My car has been in their shop for over two months since I've bought the car. Their dealership refuses to deal with the situation appropriately.
