"used cars sales sucks " there they tell you one thing they give you an advertisement on a vehicle when you go there they pay you below cost bad bad

"No answers. Too many phone calls." Sorry to have to change my review. When my husband and I purchased our van in September, 2018 we noticed a deep scratch on the top driver's side door panel. We pointed it out to Craig, our salesperson. Craig told me to call him in the beginning of October so he can order the part for me. Why at the beginning of October, I don't know. I did. "Misled and now hung up on by Manager Raffe!" I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla from the used cars in Delray in January 2018 (car had 7K miles, Pedro was salesman). I purchased the warranty and was told that everything is covered except for the tires (that was an option I chose not to purchase for financial reasons). About a month ago the key fobs began to not work intermittently and then it progressed to where neither key fob was working at all. "disgusting customer service" I went to drop my jeep off this week for an oil change. There was literally no one there. No other cars. There were maybe 5 service advisors in their offices with the sliding doors shut. So 5 advisors, 1 customer. Somehow i still had to wait 15 minutes to check my car in. A few people would come and ask me if i have been helped, i would say no, and they would say, oh someone will be with you soon. "Worse Buying Experience of My Life" After telling Craig Sabarese about the vehicle I was looking for he told me they didn’t have it in stock but could bring one in from another dealership and still give me the best price available. We agreed on a vehicle and price, started to do the paperwork and he came back in and said it was sold. We then agreed on another vehicle and made it through all the paperwork. "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" DO NOT trust the sales manager. Too busy with dealer policy to worry about the well-being of customers. Forget the peace of mind if you buy a car here. Customer relationship manager "pretends" interest Who do you think is cheating?

"terrible" I my experience at the dealership was one to forget. My phone calls was never returned, I had to drive to the dealership in multiples occasion to get a status on my Vehicle. I would not recommended this dealership to any one and I will not go back for services nor purchase another vehicle from them ever again.

"Horrible Service" I have never had a worse experience! Schumacher had my car for 3 days, and was unable to even fix my car. I was given no reason as to why. The staff was not sympathetic to my needs at all. I'm shocked and horrified by the poor attention, or lack there of to detail and "customer service" (I use that word loosely) . I will NOT be returing, and will spread the word with regard to their incompetence. I can't believe they run a business like this and are actually still in business. Pitiful! "Express is anything but" In the past It has taken over 3 hours for a simple oil change! I was told to make an appointment with express and it would be much quicker. I did just that. I arrived 30 minutes prior to the time but had to wait the 30 minutes to be checked in. Colton, the express advisor told me it would be at least 90 minutes! What dictionary does Schumacher use for the definition of express?
