"SERVICE NIGHTMARE" I brought my 2015 Ram in for two factory recalls. "Service left old old tires on vehicle " Update: Since leaving my initial review, a representative for the dealership asked me to remove my negative review. I found that highly unethical and offensive so I am mentioning it here... "Service From xxxx" OMG What a horrible experience I have had. I couldn't believe this is a dealership service center. To start my car was in a minor accident with some guy turning into my front bumper. I stated to FRANK their service rep that my car was making a weird noise after the accident. "What a Car Sale Should be Like" I am not the type of person that likes to spend or waste their day at a dealership. I try to do everything through email or text. I Rob know the year, make and model we were looking for as well as options and asked him to get us his best deal. I advised them I was serious and not looking to waste their time nor mine. "Didn't do the recall and lied about it" Brought my charger in to perform the recall and an oil change. Took over an hour! In the end recall not performed and service advisor swore the new parts were in the car. He lies.

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE" The customer service at this dealership is despicable....after the purchase, of course once they had our money, we were promised floor mats by Craig. When we call to follow up with them there is no answer and no one calls back. In addition, we were due a 100 dollar refund, one month later still no refund and no one will call us back after multiple calls and messages to several different people. Our sales rep Dave was great, his manager and the finance team TERRIBLE.
"Unacceptable service" Made an appointment for 7:30 am for oil and filter change, recall change in computer, fix seat controls and check battery. The job was not completed until 5:45pm at which point I couldn't obtain the work order because one tech hadn't added his time.
