"Great experience" Carlos in pre owned was awesome!! My paperwork was ready and we were sitting in the finance office within an hour and on the way home less than 2 hours after we arrived. This is how buying a car should be. Everyone in the entire preowned department was willing to help , we were very impressed. Want to say a big thank you to Andrew in finance also. "My Service Advisor was Frank Santilli. He was EXCELLENT! " I made an appointment for a Recall notice. I also requested an oil change with full synthetic oil. Additionally, Mr. Santilli suggested a tire rotation at this time as well, which I agreed. He advised me of the time it would take to complete the job. He personally, escorted me to the shuttle pick up lobby and explained how I would be contacted for my shuttle ride home.
