"My Service Advisor was Frank Santilli. He was EXCELLENT! " I made an appointment for a Recall notice. I also requested an oil change with full synthetic oil. Additionally, Mr. Santilli suggested a tire rotation at this time as well, which I agreed. He advised me of the time it would take to complete the job. He personally, escorted me to the shuttle pick up lobby and explained how I would be contacted for my shuttle ride home. "This is how car buying should be." Went in last night to check.out a used 2017 MKZ hybrid I saw on their website. Met Edwin and Carlos and they greeted me warmly and got the car. One drive and I was in love with it. Of course we negotiated but it was done with respect and no common sales talk. We made a deal and the finance manager Tyler was professional and friendly.
