"Nice car friendly staff" We started with the new cars and were happy with franklin, we came back to see uf any used cars like the one he showed us were available. We bought a used car that had just come in. The staff worked well together and were kind. The time from purchase agreement to ready to leave was much longer than expected. Otherwise...great experience with staff.
"Great experience" Carlos in pre owned was awesome!! My paperwork was ready and we were sitting in the finance office within an hour and on the way home less than 2 hours after we arrived. This is how buying a car should be. Everyone in the entire preowned department was willing to help , we were very impressed. Want to say a big thank you to Andrew in finance also.
