First time in my 45 years of buying cars that I had a very pleasant and friendly experience purchasing a new car. Negotiations on price and other items were quite reasonable. Alexis Werner, a highly professional salesperson, was very accommodating, personable, patient and genuinely concerned throughout the day at the dealership that we were truly happy with the sale. Automobile salespeople could learn a lot from her about selling cars the proper way. I would give her 11 Stars, if 11 was an available rating!
My service advisor Steven Morrone was terrific. He got me in and out in no time. My questions were answered in a non- technical manor that made sense to me. I actually had a good time.- I never thought that could be possible, while getting a car serviced!
I can't say enough good things about David, the salesperson who helped me find the perfect purple jeep for my wife.
