First time in my 45 years of buying cars that I had a very pleasant and friendly experience purchasing a new car. Negotiations on price and other items were quite reasonable. Alexis Werner, a highly professional salesperson, was very accommodating, personable, patient and genuinely concerned throughout the day at the dealership that we were truly happy with the sale. Automobile salespeople could learn a lot from her about selling cars the proper way. I would give her 11 Stars, if 11 was an available rating!
