We went to Schumacher Subaru to look at the Outbacks not ready to buy yet ending up buying one. Our salesman, Alex Moo, was an important reason we bought the car. He's pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. It took a little time to negotiate a final price, but we never felt we were being pressured. After reaching a price, checking out was easy as everything was computerized.

My Salesman, Fred Miller, was terrific. He did not pressure, provided great customer service, and a nice guy! I really appreciated that he was very patient with me, since I did not purchase on my first visit, but at about the fifth visit, after researching cars at other dealers. He was totally reliable, followed up with me consistently, and responded to every question I had. Fred's manager also played a part in me purchasing a car with them. Exceptional service from Alex and the team! I’m very please with the entire experience. The only intention was to drive a Subaru. Alex was in the showroom at the right time! Just completed swapping out a leased ’21 Crosstrek for a 2024 model. As usual, Schumacher Delray made it easy. Howard Borgen made us an initial offer we felt was fair. He led us through the various complexities of signing up and connecting all the services and bells and whistles that come with a new car, and the finance manager helped us complete the paperwork in record time (1/2 hour!).
