Literally if I could give 1000 stars I would. There are no words to describe the service and care we received at Schumacher Jeep. Absolutely incredible staff; you can really tell the owners care about their employees, and that the employees care about their customers. We had the best experience from start to finish. David met us in the lot when we first arrived and totally understood what we were looking for immediately. After the negotiations, which wasn't that bad, we ended up in front of Tylyn Meeks in the credit department. We have had some terrible experiences in the credit department of many dealerships thru the years but Tylyn was truly delightful. It truly was one of the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever experienced. I would recommend David and Schumacher to everyone.

Great teamwork, clean facility. Got recall work done an hour before promised time. Only concern was that I needed a little touch up paint. Don't mind at all paying but Parts said I would have to pick it up and the little pen couldn't be mailed. Almost doubles the cost and real inconvenience. Just take to the time and mail it to me in 1st place????????????????????? Ruben was great
