Super rude receptionist not competent doctor. I was first timer. Not sure if I will go back.
I saw Nava Greenfield in forest hills. She barely took any time to evaluate me for a rash or discuss possibilities. Instead she simply said I have something called Grovers Disease, which seems like a big stretch. Also, after the appointment, I looked at the website and it identifies Nava Greenfield as both a Pa-C and an MD but doesn't list her medical credentials, only her undergraduate. I'm pretty disappointed. Staff were nice though.

Today, November 28, 2017, I went to Schweiger Dermatology Forest Hills for the fourth time. The first time I went and everything was pretty good with Elana Shalom. She figured out what I had and gave me a cream and it went away immediately. The second time was short because she couldn't see what I had due to me scratching it. The third time I had Shivani Thakker, which was exactly one week from today. I have an outbreak on the side of my face. Had an appointment with them but they decided to cancel of me because they double booked. Didn't get in touch with me but when I got there they told me that they spoke with me and told me about it. Liars
First of all, the doctor took less than five minutes with the appointment and was extremely brief even though I was the only patient in the entire place. I felt very rushed, and even the questions I asked were answered with terse replies. I also had trouble with prescriptions at the pharmacy. They would not prescribe me the medications and told me to go somewhere else because there were problems with the prescriptions.
