This office is a real joke when it come to service and follow up. Very quick to charge and over charge your insurance card. also adding wrong info about what they did to the patient ...them ask the insurance company for more money and when they only removed something from a finger doesn't mean you go and charge the insurance company for mental issues and therapy was never given. After three years of coming here, I will never be returning ever again because of the horrible service from the receptionists. I come here for acne treatment on my face and after each visit, when I don't see any improvement ... I still gave it a chance. The waiting room was empty and they refused to see me after I said I lived far and said I had ubered there. After I said I wouldn't be coming back, she simply said "okay" and didn't care... so I will never be returning there ever again.

This place has outrageous customer service. They called me this afternoon to reschedule my appointment for the THIRD TIME. When they called to reschedule last time, I said to the woman on the phone, "Okay, we're scheduling this date. Are you going to reschedule it AGAIN?" And she replied, "No, I promise you it won't be reschedule again." The doctor clearly doesn't like to work evenings, which is fine, BUT THEN DO NOT SCHEDULE PATIENTS FOR EVENING APPOINTMENTS AND THEN REPEATEDLY CANCEL THEM. I'll go somewhere else that ... read more

This place was so disorganized. The girls at the desk were just chatting and blasting music. I went in to address my needs for improving the skin on my face as well as some rashes I had on my back. The doctor really judged me because I had tattoos and dyed hair. She just basically said everything I had was viral and brushed it off. I got the impression as if she thought I wouldn't be able to afford any higher prices prescriptions to improve the skin on my face which she was extremely wrong (don't judge a book by it's cover).... read more

This place is extremely overbooked. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Felt rushed in my actual appointment. I do not recommend this. this is my first experience with a dermatologist and it's certainly discouraging if they are all like this

I went to this center mostly because of high (but shrinking) ratings on yelp. The nurse practitioner's prescriptions didn't help the condition, and when I called in for a follow-up appointment they wanted to charge me for the appointment. In other words, the more they don't treat people, the more they make money. What a beautiful world! This is not just one dermatological center, but a big business owning many centers and you don't contact your physician directly. You talk to call centers. I am a current patient with vitiligo. On 8/16/19, I entered the office on Yellowstone with intense pain hoping to ask a staff member what to put on a bad sunburnt vitiligo spot across stomach and the older (Spanish) receptionist was rude, unprofessional and not empathetic to my situation. She stated 'NO appt, No question, appt next Tuesday 8/20, take it or leave it, its closing time.' I explained 'just want to know what to ease pain with ointment wise by applying on burnt skin. I was not happy with the service. I came because I keep getting a rash like appearing in my face. The PA saw me not the doctor ever. If I knew I was going to be seen by just the PA I would of never gone & saved my 30 dollar copay. The PA stated it's an allergic reaction to something. I said ok what can we do about it? She states the allergy test they have required THREE consistent days to do. As a full time employee and mother. Horrible ! Very rude people who work here. I would definitely not recommend this specific dermatology location to anyone.
