STAY AWAY! Firstly, the doctor who they have on ZocDoc is NOT working at this location at all. Secondly, the administration is abysmal. Thirdly, they changed locations and never bothered to update their patients!

I had gone to Schweiger Dermatology office in Queens about three times for a service that was not covered through my insurance. The first two times there was no hiccups. The last time I went and paid out of pocket for the service. I then was notified by my insurance company they had billed them for services as well. The office then sent me a bill for a copay payment. Very expensive and improperly performed aesthetic services with little to no help or sense of urgency if they need follow up or corrections. If you do use this office for aesthetic procedures, be aware that the prices may drastically change with no forewarning. Plan to request the full pricing prior to the service at EACH visit. It was so hard getting in contact with Doctor Veronika. It is already one week since I have been waiting for them to contact me, and you can't communicate with them directly. You have to call first like the "base" They text the doctor's office and they get in contact with you. It is now Friday I called on Monday. I had an appointment today 01/27 at 2:00pm for a cyst removal and the girl at the front desk Marcela is the most unprofessional , nasty and rude person I ever encountered in a medial office. I would not recommend.. I came here after looking at the reviews and had high hopes. The Dr. diagnosed me without a full examination and testing. She prescribed me something even when I asked why isn't any test being done and how is she sure . Her response was " it's based on what I've seen before" . How can a Dr prescribe medication without proper evaluation..... Very DANGEROUS! I'm extremely disappointed!

First of all if I could leave no stars I absolutely would. I don't do reviews either but after the way I was treated I felt compelled. Since the pandemic is been a nightmare to get into see a specialist, waiting on average 4 months. Schweiger got me in on a week. However between me patient paperwork and my actual consultation I wasn't in the building 20 minutes. An unprofessional, uncaring, money making outfit. Some of the doctors are fine but they don't stay. They are transferred. I had a 2 o'clock follow up appoint with a physician's assistant that I had not seen before. I got there on time and the office was locked!! They never showed up! When I called, I finally got a person, who told me "oh, no one called you? She didn't feel well and didn't come in"! No notification. Worst service ever! I had a decent experience with these people in the Bronx, but I would never use them again. They booked me a same-day appointment, I went all the way out to the Forest Hills office, and it was locked, bolted, and barred. No one ever showed up. No call to explain, no nothing.
