As a preference, I started coming here for my eczema that had been severely flaring up in late January. I was able to get an appointment here a lot sooner than most other facilities were offering. I was completely satisfied with Dr. Shah's level of professionalism and her assistance in offering me treatment. However my one complaint would be the lack of professionalism their receptionist Emily displays. My son is a patient at this office. Everyone is amazing both doctors are amazing Emily at the front desk is amazing. I actually changed my insurance group so I can go see these doctors as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them to anybody.

If I could give this place a 0-star rating I would. It has almost been a year since I visited and I still have scars to remind me what a terrible experience I had. I came here with concerns about a new mole on my back. I was recommended prescription medication from Dr. Shah and I had an allergic reaction to the pills. I returned to see Dr. Shah and she decided to take 3 biopsies. I had a bad rash and was in desperate need of a dermatology appointment, when I called they said the soonest would be in a month or so due to the holidays but then luckily someone cancelled last minute for the next day so I took the chance. The staff here are friendly and over the phone the receptionist helped me make sure my insurance would cover the checkup. Ive been seeing Dr. Shah for over a year, with chronic scaling, redness/itchiness on my scalp. On my initial visit, Dr Shah and staff very solicitous, took my info and made a diagnosis and immediately started me on biologics treatment for psoriasis. Dr Sabrina Uddin is just great, but the aid there unknown name is not so. Been there twice so far. First aid was great and explained in details what will take place. Second visit Second aid was bad and should be fired! I as a patient and first time at a Dermatology office did not know process to happen. I have head skin dark spots. I wanted spots removed. Do not make an on line apt. I made mine online, no where did it say nor do they mention, a $75 consult fee. I could see this charge for a no show but I did not anticipate paying a consult fee. YA NO! take yr business elsewhere folks! U will thank me!

I have been going to Dr. Uddin for several years now. She is great and very responsive to all of my concerns. The office staff is wonderful. Everyone there is very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. The quality of their services is exceptional and I have had great results with everything I have done. Thanks to everyone there for being so kind and considerate!
