Expensive and did not remove skin tags as requested. Did not work for all skin tags and then wanted to charge me again for ones they already tried to remove.
BEWARE-Worst experience ever and to top it off they withdrew an additional $700 plus after we had already paid for our visit.
I would give it 0 stars but 1 star because receptionist was really nice. I was signed up with Dr. Kimberly jerdan. First, her assistant came in to ask me questions but she wasnt nice or welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable. I let it go hoping the doctor would be better. I had instant lift done and was very disappointed with the minimal results that I saw. It was not worth the price. I was not offered anything else at a discounted price to help enhance the results.
Office staff aren't very friendly and only seem concerned with people who look middle aged and wealthy. The doctor seemed annoyed with my skin problems and rushed me through my initial appointment and my procedure. Several months later and I still have very visible scars from mole removal sites. Expensive and no follow up from clinic. Disappointed as they came recommended.
I cannot recommend this establishment. I was a client here during my freshman year of college. You rarely see the actual MD, while charging your insurance a ton of money in addition to other "fees" I felt were unsubstantiated. Fast forward 2 years, I find out that I was unknowingly sent to collections after reviewing my credit report! Mind you I had a Cadillac PPO at that time! I went to this office about a year ago, had some fillers on my face, these ppl did a terrible job, and they do not fix there problems, you you have to suck the loss, on your own budget, they also have a posting in there rooms stating if you leave a positive review on Yelp, you get a free gift. Dont get me wrong the work they did left me with two little lumps, on my eye, I can cover a little with make-up, don't want to make it long, but you can get someone else that is better.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and high quality products. I immediately saw results after decades of struggling with blemishes and breakouts. Fantastic aesthetician on site for facials and other procedures. I would strongly recommend this practice to all my friends.
