Dr. Shah was great and very informative about skincare. Easy scheduling process and I felt really comfortable with her personalized skincare recommendations. Overall great experience from the moment you are checked in for your appointment all the way through completing the appointment. Dr Shah is awesome

Every single time I come here the front desk lady has a very rude tone and attitude. I do not understand how she is allowed to be in the front at all. At the same time, the wait time is crazy. At the time of writing this, I've been waiting over 30 minutes to get called for my appointment with not even an update letting me know if they're going to be late or not. Do not use this office, they will miss lead you on how much they will charge you. They will tell you one thing over the phone, and once you complete your visit, they will send you a huge invoice in addition to what the insurance would pay them. We will not go back again to this office as we lost trust on them.

I'm not longer making appointments at this location. The appointments are made a month and a half in advance! Look for somewhere better equipped to serve you. Also The front desk female lacks customer service. She calls and asks what do I need instead of a better follow up phrase. I've seen how rude she spoke to an elderly person when I went a year ago. Someone needs to do a random call to her to see how she is I can't understand how she's front desk.

I absolutely love this facility and the doctors here. I started coming here for my Alopecia about 5 months ago and Dr Uddin is always such a pleasant person to get treatments done by. Today I went in to treat my hyperhydrosis w/ Botox injections and was treated by Jason Roddick; my god - he was amazing! I was scared and nervous - he was able to calm my nerves and make this such a delightful & painless experience. Very unprofessional office. Canceled my appointment the same morning when I got there, without notice, and told me they had the wrong number. We live in a digital age, all calls are routed via VOIP and digital caller id is integrated into your info systems. This is not a acceptable excuse and made/makes no sense. Visit/Consultation with the doctor was not a problem she was great, very informative and straight to the truth. I made the appointment online for my daughter to be seen about a mark on her leg. When we went in for the appointment I asked how much the office visit would be and the receptionist said between $150 to $200 (with a 20%) depending on what you are being seen for. This place is completely for profit. I was there for a skin condition and treatment could either be considered medical or cosmetic. I am insured and this place is network provider, so why not bill the insurance instead of telling me in "your experince its not covered but you should call them yourself." Called my insurance to confirm they said wrong info was given to me and the treatment in covered if proper paperwork be submitted. Wtf

So i went in to get a look at a nagging skin rash that wouldn't go away. They recommended me me some prescriptions I waIted a month and nothing changed. I called them back up and the receptionist was actually really helpful. She squeezed me in last minute to help before a wedding.
