What a great place. I moved to Brooklyn recently. I found this doctor on yelp I went there to have my annual body check up. Most places I have been before keep you waiting forever.. especially when your appointment is later on in the day because they get so backed up. My appointment was 5:20 PM very small waiting room... the place is very clean. The person to check in was professional.. efficient and nice... I saw John Boutros for a few issues that had been bothering me for months. I kind felt embarrassed, having weird "skin conditions" but he totally put me at ease and took his time answering all my questions. He took care to make sure the medications he prescribed would be covered by my insurance, and the pharmacy they use, Parkside Chemists, brought them right to my door. I saw John Boutros for acne treatment. The staff is exceptional and I received great service. I also had my first overall skin exam. My skin is has greatly improved since my first visit 2 months ago.
Dr. John Boutros is absolutely incredible! I've been dealing with acne on and off for 15 years and finally feel like I'm taking the right step to dealing with my skin. Appointments have always run on time and Dr. Boutros is extremely sensitive to my needs/concerns. Only regret is not starting treatment with them years ago!
I moved to the city about a year ago and had yet to find a new dermatologist here; I really needed a refill of my current prescription, so I made an appointment online to see Dr. Boutros. At the time, I was willing to see any dermatologist just so that I could get my refill on time. This practice completely exceeded expectations. Awesome!!! The receptionist, assistant and doctor were all so caring and kind. I seen Dr Boutros and he was great!! didn't feel rushed and he addressed all my concerns.

I don't see the address to the office i went to today, but i had the absolute pleasure of meeting Susan H from the 65 broadway location. From the second she walked in the room, i felt her energy of positivity. I developed an Absess on my face and she was able to immedialty address it and come up with a course of action. she was so gentle with me i didn't feel the needle she use to numb my face. she was pre emptive in giving me medication so when the numbing wore off i wouldn't be so uncomfortable. she gave me a granola bar a... read more

Very good experience from booking the appointment to having my first ever skin cancer scan. John Boutros was thorough and made me feel very comfortable and supported. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new dermatologist.
