Dr. Boutros is the best. I don't have many cosmetic skin issues, so I only see a derm when I have a medical issue going on. I have found in the past that some derms don't know how to really handle complex medical conditions and have misdiagnosed me because they are only focused on acne and wrinkles. Not so with Dr. Boutros. He knew exactly what he was talking about and spent a lot of time with me, even though I had booked a last-minute, emergency appointment. Awesome experience. The doctor even told me I WAS A GOOD PATIENT! It was clean, the doctor took his time with me and was explicit on his instructions as to next steps. Im excited to have a convenient dermatologist located in my PT building where I can knock out two things in one shot.

AVOID THE RECEPTIONIST SHANAYA - SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURTEOUS. I took my elderly father to a 12:10 PM appointment, arriving at 12:05, parked, and ready. We entered at 12:15 and checked in with Shanaya. After waiting for some time, we repeatedly inquired about when we would be seen. Dr. Stratton swears she is a time traveler the way she interrupts you so much as if she has some sort of insights on what you're going to say next but is wrong every time. She is not a great listener and thinks she has the biggest brain in the room so be warned. Dr. Stratton was alright the first time I went to her. She was dismissive of the previous Doctor I had from this clinic basically suggesting she has a better outlook and prescriptions to offer. This is a terrible place. I wish I could give them negative stars. So, in the ended up paying for a service I didn't no receive. I made an appointment here last year and they could not confirm if they took my insurance or not. So I canceled. Then I got a text and an email that my appointment was for the next day and that if I did not keep it I would be charged out of pocket for it. So I went in and told them I canceled it. The worst dermatologist practice I've ever been to. The medical assistant took pictures of my nails to show the NP. MA come back into the room and says she doesn't look at nail conditions. WTF isn't this a Dermalogist office! Why didn't the NP come in and tell me this. Didn't even confer with a colleague to look at them. No one in the entire office looks at nails. Referred me to another doctor in Manhattan-appointment availability in 2 months. A joke!! Waste of time!!

if I could give -5 I would. the office sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy after 4 days the problem still was not fixed. all inquiries are forwarded to a call center in New Jersey they seemingly have no power to do anything but send an email to a "general manager" but that email seems to never be seen. When I asked if I could go in to the office and fix the problem myself I was told I would have to pay another office visit fee to see the doctor again! horrible do not ever go here unless you would like to exist in a b... read more

I would prefer to give 0 stars to be honest. The worst billing experience. Do not recommend. Instead of sending me a normal statement to show what is owed, I received various different statements with different amounts. No one could explain it and tried to make it as confusing as possible. At some point I was sent the 'actual' statement on what was to be paid. I paid, but then they sent me another statement shortly after with a much lower amount due. My insurance referred me to them for medical purposes. Not sure why the receptionist gave me the run around and yet to call me back when inquiring about a prescription, the nurse was nice. Definitely a waste a time going there.
