I made an appointment and received the confirmation with the date and time. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me they had me scheduled for the following month despite my confirmation email stating it was today. She then said they just must not have confirmed it on their end but not once did she apologize or even acknowledge that something had been messed up based on the fact that I received my confirmation and they didn't have it in. Huge waste of time, will not be returning.

Had my first appointment today with Dr Nickerson. An excellent experience! Had a small growth removed, quick and painless! Staff is wonderful, especially receptionist, who was so accommodating in getting me in on a cancellation. Highest recommendation!

I highly recommend Dr Nickerson for a dermatologist. He is extremely caring and has a wonderful bedside manner when our fourteen year old son had to have a mole removed off his left nipple and biopsied. Dr Nickerson did such a thorough job removing the lesion and was kind enough to personally call with the results! Thank you Dr Nickerson and team

Sending out many thanks to Amy West, PA-C, at CA Skin Institute! Amy has helped me more in the last couple months than my long term dermatologist and I'm so glad I looked elsewhere! My insurance coverage is very limited and I have a high deductible for specialists so I highly recommend that for folks with an insurance problem, look into paying cash. It literally costs less for me to pay cash than to use my insurance! Most importantly, Amy explains everything clearly and concisely and put me at ease after a long year of worry... read more

Dr. Nickerson was incredibly kind at my appointment today! I was able to book a same day appointment as a new patient, which is pretty much unheard of. I really appreciated being seen so quickly and will continue coming here after having such a great experience.

What an awful experience!!! No appointment confirmation call at all. When we arrive our benefits were not confirmed and the front desk staff would not take the time to call to verify. After driving an hour to take my mom to this dr we were denied the appointment simply because the front desk wouldn't even make a phone call!!!! awful!!!!

I went to doctor Tsu for over a decade and she was very professional and always educated me on current procedures, but once she left the practice has continually gone downhill. I went to one of the other female doctors for Botox and fillers after Dr. Tsu left and I got a botched job. I've never gone back since then.

I've gotten Botox from Dr. Nickerson twice now and loved the results. The 2nd time one of my eyebrows got a little too high (not his fault, my eyebrows do that naturally), but I went back for a touch up and he fixed it right away at no cost to me. And they were super nice about it. They are always kind and professional and make me feel totally comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Nickerson and his staff are always great!!!
