Ashley Dominique preformed my laser hair removal on my armpits and it was such an enjoyable experience! It was my first time ever getting any type of laser treatment so I was a little nervous but she was so kind and walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be going back to her for another treatment in 4 weeks. Ashley is the best! The entire office and staff were so kind and welcoming, too!

Con's at best!! Promised service after an ipl. Follow up and retouch 2 months after service.. We showed up and the appointment was made and they canceled it with telling us. The Dr. left the company.. Buyer beware, very shady folks and 0 customer service skills!!!!

Ashley Dominique is amazing at what she does. For my first session, I was a little bit nervous. She made me feel comfortable and even tested my skin and sensitivity on a couple different areas before getting started on my laser hair removal. She was very informative during the process. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone interested in shaving less and spending less time getting prepared for daily life.

I met with Ashley Dominque PA. One of the best dermatology experiences I've ever had! Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable and has the patient's best interest in mind. After a few weeks of treatment I've already seen a huge difference in my complexion and radiance of my skin. I've dealt with acne throughout childhood and am now finally seeing a difference!

Dr Tse is a great doctor. It's the wait time. I have waited over an hour just to get in the room. Today I had to wait 25mins in the waiting room and finally opted to see the PA (which was great) instead of waiting another 20mins to see the doctor. During Covid season, no one wants to be waiting in the waiting room for that long.

Caution, not the competent Dr. Eco Dr Taylor office it once was. Posting this previously and that review disappeared. I'd go any where else& wishing Dr Eco happy retirement.

I have never written a review but felt so strongly that the public should know of the inept billing department and front office staff. I purchased a product and paid for the product upon leaving my appointment. I was then billed for that product. I have tried multiple times and in multiple ways to clear up their error. Twice upon a return appointment to the office and providing the receipt. Another time by calling the billing department and emailing them a copy of the receipt. None of those efforts worked. Arrived for a 1pm apt at 1245pm...waited until 115pm. 2 people were helped prior to me whom got there after myself. I know anytime you go to a doctor's appointment you have to wait, yet they weren't busy (I was the only one there when I got there), nor was I informed how much longer it'd be. This review only has to deal with the wait/customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't want to wait any longer to be screened by doctor...maybe next time if I go back?
