The wait was a bit long but I was not bothered by the time. I was accommodated and was given an earlier appointment date. And I was a previous patient of Dr. Jamal;she is very knowledgeable and helped me clear up my past skin condition.Â
Kendra makes you feel welcome and appreciated , The staff are very nice 😊 excellent .Â

I didn't enjoy the experience I had. I saw the PA Kendra at the Flatiron location in New York after trying to meet with Sumayah Jamal on two separate occasions, but had the appointments canceled twice a day before I was scheduled to meet with her. The bedside manner was not the best and I felt rushed. Treatment options weren't given to me other than the first line of defense being laser treatment.
