I can't say enough great things about Dr. Haleh Stratton! She is incredibly kind and always a joy to visit. She takes the time to ensure my skin stays clear and glowing while thoroughly answering all of my questions. I always leave the office feeling well cared for. Dr. Gloria Lin has been one of the few doctors overall across different specialties that I'm glad to have found. She set me up with a simple prescription and routine and in under a year my skin was looking better than it ever had before. Nothing was working for me. I get laser done here. Dr. Jamal is great, bedside manner is amazing. The staff in the back are nice. But here are the issues I'm having. They have tried on multiple occasions to double charge me. Keep a copy of your receipt after you pay, they will bill you for the same services you already paid for. SNEAKY. Their wait time is insane, I shouldn't have to sit and wait 1:30-2hrs after my apt to be seen. There's no order of who gets seen. It's all dependent on the receptionist. So sad.

Everyone at this practice is super nice and helpful including the front desk staff. I never feel rushed and always feel heard. Due to urgency I've seen different Dr's and PA's and have liked every single one but my favorite is Dr. Hana Seckler.

Dr. Joseph knows exactly what her patients need and want to know. She is very knowledgeable and patient. The entire experience from check in & wait to check out was pleasant.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Dr Hammerman gave a diagnosis for my toddler and explained everything clearly and thoroughly the . Office is very nice and modern. No long wait at all.

Have been here twice for annual skin cancer screenings.  The doctors are thorough.  They and all the staff always make it an easy, comfortable process.  Appointments are on time and it's a very convenient storefront location.  No wandering through huge buildings looking for the right office. This year, I had to have a couple of biopsies.  the samples were taking quickly and painlessly.  I was given medicine to apply to help heal the areas.  I was told I'd get a call with results in 2 weeks.  And the call came exactly 2 weeks... read more

Dr. Jamal is a godsend! I went there today for an extraction and Dr. Jamal and her medical assistant, Lisa both had such a great bedside manner and solved my problem quickly! I will continue to support this practice and encourage others to do the same!

1st time in a long time going to a dermatologist. Flatiron office is very nice. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Kendra Joseph addressed all my concerns and provided additional options of care. Highly recommend this group and they provide a variety of services. So important to check your body for changes through out your life. Thank you
