I'm updating my review based on the experience I had earlier this week with Nicole, the manager of the Flatiron Schweiger location. She obviously monitors Yelp reviews and called me to both offer a refund of my copay and to explain Schweiger's policy on second visits to remedy the same issue - which makes perfect sense and is absolutely in line with the customer service I would expect here. My son and I had a really great visit with Dr. Scott Hammerman. He took all the time he needed with us, making sure we understood all the elements that caused the problem. He and his staff also made sure that their diagnosis was correct taking a biopsy of the problem area to send to the lab. And the prescription was at my pharmacy just a few minutes after we left the office. We've been to the Schweiger Flatiron office many times and it's always been good.

Very professional and nice at the same time. Had moles for years that he removed easily! I don't know why I waited so long...Duh! Can't wait to go back and get the rest of my skin concerns taken care of.

I was with Dr. Jamal at her previous practice and Schweiger was just at great. The office is beautiful and the staff was super engaging and welcomed you right in. Very short wait time and as usual, the exam was thorough.

I was thrilled with Schweiger Dermatology on all counts. The reception staff was cheerful, efficient and poised... there was virtually zero wait time. They did initially misplace my referral, but handled it swiftly. The on-line registration was convenient to do pre-appointment. There was a tiny bit of a wait to see the doctor in the physician's room, but so much less than at other doctor's offices that is was negligible. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jamal for many years and although her location has changed, she has not. We have been seen for various skin conditions including severe acne, moles, keratosis pilaris, scarring, and uneven skin tone. Dr. Jamal has always been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, not to mention exceptionally kind and sweet.
