Dr.Conrad was great; smart, sharp, helpful, etc. However, I must also acknowledge the support staff there as well. They are seriously fabulous! From the minute I walked in, until the minute I left everyone was so nice that I almost felt like I was in the twilight zone (in a good way). Today I had a question/issue with a prescription, and whomever answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful (she even helped me get a coupon to make the script cheaper) that I am now even more impressed than I was! A top notch dermatology office with an amazing staff! From the front desk to the office visit, everything was on point, professional and super CLEAN! They should set an example for all South Florida medical offices!! The PA Emily was the best and Nicole at the front desk was so helpful!

I visited clearlyderm this week and Dr. Conrad was extremely informative and nice. She really did a great job answering all of my questions, plus she was very professional. I will definitely become a regular patient.
I finally decided to do something about my cystic acne I really like this place...the P.A. was very informative and anything she didn't know she ask the doctor.
This was my second visit to ClearlyDerm. Today I saw Allison the Nurse Practitioner. She was extremely thorough. The great thing is there are multiple locations for S FL and some have late or even weekend hours. Scheduling is really easy and often times it's easy to be seen the same day. They do both medical and cosmetic procedures. They are also in network with many insurance providers so thanks to my insurance I didn't even have a co-pay! Highly recommend!
I followed Dr. Nicole Conrad to Clearly Derm a couple of years ago. She is an outstanding physician; caring, gentle and an outstanding diagnostician and surgeon. She does nor perform any unnecessary procedures like some dermatologists do. She found a cancer on my husband and treated it. I highly recommend you try Dr. Conrad. In addition, the office is very professional, modern and clean.

Doctor Nicole Conrad is truly AMAZING, after many appointment with my previous dermatology and hundred of dollars I finally found my acne angel. Dc. Nicole Conrad listen to my problem and not only gave me medication to fix my acne problem, she gave me the confident to be without make-up. My face is finally clear of acne and it is all thanks to Doctor Nicole. Her office is beautiful and so clean, her whole staff is super helpful and always willing to help. I highly recommend Clearly Derm but specially Doctor Conrad.
