I had a wonderful experience at this office! The girl at the front desk I believe her name was Lauren was super nice and very helpful. I was able to get an appointment right away when I called!! They were able to help with my issue and called me to follow up and see how I was doing. I highly recommend Clearlyderm
Easy to book an appointment and was able to reschedule last minute for a more convenient time. Socorro was very nice and knew what she was talking about for my current skin issues. Her name was Dr.Sammons. Was very helpful with insurance coverages and so on. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a skin doctor.

When I arrived for an appointment made three months ago, I was informed by the receptionist the doctor was running 25 minutes late. No, she did not call or text me to inform me of this. An hour later, I left without seeing the doctor. If you are retired, having nothing better to do than wait all day at a dermatologist's office, by all means, use this group. If however, you prefer a dermatology group that runs their business professionally, go elsewhere. This group's lack of professionalism is appalling. Go elsewhere.
Don't waste your time. if you work or have a schedule to keep up with, do not come to this office because they do not value your time, Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They will make you wait for a very long time to be seen. then when you are in waiting room waiting for doctor to come in, you'll be waiting even longer. There is zero respect of your time. it is just awful.

Clearyderm is the worst place to go for any procedure they're all about money . I went for laser which cost $600 then it changed to $675.I was told by Dr. Weatherall that I would come back for a follow up and if she needed to she would touch it up . when I went back for a follow up, because nothing happened with the first laser, she did (It did not work )And I was told that they would do it again but I would have to pay again. it's not about patient relationships. I went to this place again.. big mistake.. I thought i was going to a dermatologist.. no this girl is just an assistant.. the girl at the front desk had the worst miserable attitude.. ill never go back here again.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE... it should be a ZERO STAR!!

The worst dermatology experience of my life. And as an Irish ex-lifeguard, I have been to a LOT of them and had more than my share of liquid Nitrogen spot freezings. I pointed out a small spot that was firing on the crown of my head to Dan Ilkovitch, MD. He said: "Looks like just a hair follicle." I pinpointed exactly where it was, and he got the liquid Nitrogen. Tried to make an appointment with them a couple of times, for two different things first time they told me sure you can come this day blah blah blah then goes to ask what's your insurance I state my insurance then they say oh we're not taking any new customers mind you I told them in the beginning that I'll pay cash I don't recommend this place they seem money hungry!
