I've had a great experience here with my daughter. She had cystic acne and they definitely got it under control. Problem is I have literally been calling and leaving messages for 2 months to get her back in and no one ever answers the phone. From open to close no one answers on atleast 6 occasions. I have left messages and never had a call back. My first experience last week. While Dr Conrad was friendly, I felt she rushed through the body check & couldn't wait to get to the next patient. She recommended two medications which I felt were not necessary as my problem was not a big issue. I merely went for a body check as it had been a while. Publix called & advised my RX was ready for pick at $102. No thanks!!!

Sorry if your visit felt rushed.Dr.Conrad is a very competent and through dermatologist. As for the medications, this is a problem with many insurance companies. Please call the medical assistant at the office and they will come up with an alternative medication if you feel you need to use it.
Incredibly frustrating... Never had a medical professional push name brand products so hard... And not the dermatologist's line (which typically happens) but, instead, pharma products. Insisting I get name brand even though generic is fine, etc.... Then she wants to sell me on getting these products from some online pharmacy that would take another few days to have them delivered (none of which have I seen yet nor have I heard from the online place). She was strongly encouraging me to try a medication that I already have... read more
