Jessica and the Staff are great and would recommend this dematologist. Also the pharmacy they use SIP gives huge discounts do not use your own pharmacist Annie J
Jessica Kaylor and the staff at Schweiger Dermatology in Hoboken are top notch! I've been going to the same dermatologist for 10+ years and decided it was time to see someone locally and I am so happy I made this decision! Jessica was very thorough and really took time to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. I really couldn't have been happier with my experience and I will definitely be seeing Jessica Kaylor moving forward! Highly recommend!
I recently decided to change my dermatologist and went to Schweiger to see Jessica Kaylor, and am so happy with my decision. As others noted Doctor Kaylor is extremely personable and takes the time to personalize your visit and treatment, which is something my old derm didn't do. The office is also very nice, clean, and bright and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Overall very happy with their services and I've already recommended her to my friends as well!
Jessica Kaylor is more than amazing. I've been seeing her for about a year now (long enough to know that she is the real deal) and even the thought of seeing someone else makes me freak out. I had multiple texts, phone calls, and misinformation on my appointment. When I arrived at the office I was told no, the appointments is canceled. This was after, (not exaggerating a minimum of 10 text, 2 love calls, and 2-4 phone messages). I see numerous people have had similar experiences with their communication. I was given directions on a post it note and my daughter had a reaction to the meds and it took me all day to get through to the office because of their crazy phone system. Once through they couldn't even read the notes and it was just a mess. Pulling her out as I don't trust them at all.
I like my doctor, Priyanka Gumaste, but this office is poorly run. They biopsied potential skin cancer 1 month ago and never called me either the results. I just called to try and get the lab results and they have an AI (robotic) answering service that put me on hold for ~7 minutes before disconnecting me. This happened twice in a row, so I figured I would wait and call back. Now the line is busy, so I suspect the AI has left too many clients on hold. If you're serious about your skin care, stay away from this place. They don't have any doctors, and you deal with Nurse practitioners and assistants. You can not call their offices directly. They run this center like a big corporation that just suck money from you and your insurance.
Pleasant receptionists and nurses. Not hard to get an appointment. Little waiting time. But poor quality in work. I went in for a simple procedure. The doctor was very dismissive and skirted around questions, often answering my question with a question. The area of skin got infected because he did not perform the biopsy properly. He then cleaned the infected site with little care how it would scar. I'm stuck with an ugly scar and additional medical bills. I would have been better off at CityMD. Never coming here again.
