I understand recruitment is very difficult, but training should at least be implemented before allowing your associates to go live. I just experienced the worst service on the phone and their phone etiquette was something I have never experienced at a medical facility. Thank you for wasting 30 min of my time, I will not be utilizing this group for any of my dermatology needs.

Horrible place. They overcharged me for an appointment and have been ignoring me for months about why they charged a specific code instead of another. Been multiple times with the same issue, yet the last appointment they charged over $200 more. They aren't even real MDs. Go somewhere else.

I went to have my beauty marks looked at 8/28/2021 photos were take and sticker test were done to check for melanoma. In October 2021 I received a claim against my insurance not covered for anesthesia. I called both my insurance to inform them and attempted to call Schweitzer with no answer. November I contacted my insurance again and we called Schweiger together to resubmit the missing claim information. I went here a few times and saw Todd Newman. I constantly felt like I wasn't really being listened to and was very rushed. I went around 5-6 times and each time, the wait time was ridiculously long and I only saw the Dr. for about 5 mins. I even had an allergic reaction to something that was prescribed to me ... and then after I told him what happened, he prescribed the exact same medication, just in a different type of lotion/serum. this place is a ripoff. if you're going for an "annual skin cancer screening" watch out because they try charging you for an office visit versus preventative. and their billing dept btw is terrrrrrrible to deal with.

They overcharge. Very bad to inform to their patients. Not profesional staff. Every time I went there I got Dr. Newman and he did a terrible job. I needed it more info about my case but he didn't provide a answer to my needs. Terrible Terrible Place. Wouldn't recommend it at All!

Physician Assistant Todd Newman will make you feel at ease during your visit in prep for your return. Their 'massive company' (as he put it) took over 11 months to provide me an overpriced bill that did not fix the removal of a skin defect. He went on to explain he takes no responsibility for said delay or false removal and that the time delay is out of his control due to company size. At first, everything went so smoothly. Walked in and out within 45 minutes. The problem started at the pharmacy. This place prescribes whatever they want that isn't covered by your insurance and you go through hell and back 10 times over getting told 1 thing by the insurance and a completely different story by the office. Very shady practice and unprofessional. Billed me for a specialist when I did not even see a doctor, but a physician's assistant. Basic courtesies like introducing yourself and everyone with you are absent at that practice. I will never return. It is probably the most unprofessional doctor's office that I haver ever visited. I want nothing to do with them.
