I called on the same day of my appointment to cancel and week after I had been billed $50 because I cancel on the same day it wasn't mention when I call to cancel on their it does mention this but it's further down the page I feel it's deceptive and greed I will never ever visit this group ever

Had a lesion in my right ear. Hasnain Rangwala the PC that took care of me in the Toms River office told me it was nothing to worry about. I started to get pain in that ear and went back to him several times, still, he said it was nothing, and nothing could be done about it. After much pain and frustration, I went to my ENT who took a biopsy of the lesion and it turned out to be Well differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I had to get 30 days of radiation. After 4 days of intense pain, I decided to write this review. Had a breast abscess from cyst and I went to see Todd Newman the PA.. it was most brutal experience.. front desk is really cold. Nurse was very nice but awful place I won't recommend. Honestly please improve how you treat your customers when they say it's painful . PA walks in doesn't apply a numbing cream and gives an Anesthesia ok fine then starts pressing down to get infected stuff out.. Please resolve this situation immediately by refunding my payments and sending my complete medical records as I requested via my certified letter, as well as in your form where I indicated it should be sent by mail.

I would like to say the billing department at Sweiger Dermatology is awful , I have had two situations where bills weren't sent out or the balances were badly incorrect. Most recently I was told I was 580 days past due , I mentioned to them I didn't receive any billing and I was told they had a system problem, my goodness almost 2 years give me a break . The doctors here don't really care about their patients. They rush through the appointments and speak condescendingly to their patients.

Tried this location today because I've been here in the past and wow has this place gone down hill! First off the receptionist are extremely rude. Literally point at you to check in and don't even bother greeting. The exam room was extremely hot and had a smell to it. They had a tiny personal fan running like it made a difference lol they didn't even bother offering a different exam room even after I let them know I was extremely uncomfortable.. Terrible experience. Bad experience from check in (receptionist too busy eating breakfast to even try to be polite or helpful) through to check out. Provider (Todd Newman) was clearly bored and disinterested from the moment he entered the room. He carried out the most superficial of examinations, providing no advice regarding ongoing skin care. This place has no concept of patient care and no interest in patient follow-up.
