Burned my face and stomach during my laser sessions and they barely followed up with me. After one year I still have scarring because they used the wrong lasers on me. They are overpriced for the quality of work they provide - if you're looking to go to get laser done, you are better off at a spa. I thought a derm office would be safer but they were worse in every way.

I can only agree with everyone on this page. The doctor was ok but everything else is almost criminally negligent. I tried for 4 MONTHS to get to speak to the doctor that had treated me about a MEDICAL question. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call the doctors office directly, imagine that !!!!! It always goes to a central number where nobody has a clue and they make vague promises that someone will call back. Horrible customer service and patient care. They took three weeks to give me back my biopsy people results. A month and two appointments later they never called my insurance to pre verify the visit after multiple calls. Once, I can forgive you, twice is a disgrace. I will never using their services again.

I went into this clinic with what I perceived to be a small, seemingly enlarged pore on my nose. I saw a Physician's Assistant (could not get an MD that day) who had rather poor bedside manner. He brusquely said to keep an eye on it, but that they could either Biopsy it that day or in 3 months. This would lead to a permanent scar in a difficult to heal location (the nostril) and of course held the possibility of skin cancer. What a waste of time and money! But overheard front desk girl telling a friend on the phone they're leaving #Hoboken soon anyway. First went to Obregon who dxd the type of rash. Cream didnt help.Went to Dr Priyanka at #Sweiger in #Hoboken and she said shed like to rx this particular med bit first check with my hematologist. I did a Peel here. It was great, the doctor was fantastic but it was way over priced. It was about $600. You can buy the same thing online for $200 and do it yourself. It's too bad because I would do more cosmetic treatments in the Hoboken office if they weren't ridiculously over priced.

Booked by phone, when I arrived the information was all wrong: my name, address, email, etc. Front desk was impatient and wasn't seem to be in the mood to talk. Had to wait for 10 mins until a nurse took me to a room and another 20 mins until the doc came in. The doctor seemed to be in a rush and spent less than 2 mins in the room before he headed out. Don't bother going to Priyanka. I had a few spots I was nervous about and some acne issues and she took maybe 45 seconds to check my whole body and said no worries I look fine and prescribe me 3 acne medications I didn't need. Wasn't thorough at all. Whole appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes. Would definitely check out another derm who actually takes their time and listens to your concerns.
