Let me just start by saying this is the best Dermatologists office I have ever been to and I have tried several. To start, the office staff is beyond accommodating. They are always on the ball, always available to help, and just an overall pleasure. The appointment with Dr. Verhave was very rushed. Before I finished my concerns, he indicated time was up and we should table the discussion to the next visit. The conversation was 10 minutes at best. The PA was clueless and unempathetic at all. It seemed she just wanted me to be out of the door.

They ONLY CARE ABOUT COSMETIC INJECTIONS! NOT A DR! I had a rash and called to be seen. Not only do they not let you speak to the office they tell you that the next appiontment is next year! I had been a patient for 30 years at that location when Dr Reigal owned it. I am so MAD that they only care about injections and not Patient care!

2 of the doctors in this group should have retired years ago. 1 of them, who is at this office, prescribed such useless lunacy as moisturizer over open lesions and a topical steroid for hyperpigmentation. Of course, neither solution worked. I cancelled a 3rd visit. These were routine office visits, which my insurance covers. But this office keeps trying to balance bill me for the money they THINK they should be getting. PA with 3 years experience was OK but when I requested to see a Dr. for consultation about a serious rash that kept expanding and worsening I was told no Dr. was available at the site. I returned a week later as the rash worsened and again was told no Dr. was there at site (East 55th St. in Manhattan) and Dr. Fenton was unavailable all summer. Had a decent first meeting, but the office was terrible at scheduling allergy testing. 3 months later and numerous cancelations from the various doctors and a lack of patch tests available, I gave up and went to another dermatology group. They literally wanted me to travel to the upper east side for testing because that office had patches. Why not get some patches sent over to Brooklyn? I spent so many hours on the phone to get this scheduled. Just so frustrating. No one seems to know what they are doing.

horrible and very misleading. it's sad they can actually be a nice establishment but they implement charges that you have no idea you're going to get until afterwards. NEVER AGAIN.

WARNING this company is a scam. You will be quoted and charged a prince in office and then they will fraudulently send you other bills. They committed fraud, improperly billing my insurance and continue to seek additional charges. Do not use this business!!

Horrible. He did a laser procedure that resulted in burns and extensive permanent scarring. I've spent thousands of dollars trying to fix what he did. The worst part is that he had zero remorse. He did not follow up with me to see the outcome. Had I not informed him of what happened, and scheduled an appointment to show him, he would never have known nor cared. I'll regret this for the rest of my life.
