Everyone was so nice. The NP was great, professional and explained everything as she went along.

The doctor is great but waiting over an hour to see her is ridiculous. If the appointment is for a certain time then I can see a few minutes wait but not over an hour to get put in a room and another 10 minutes to see the doctor. My time is just as important than theirs.
