It was my first time seeing a dermatologist and I will for sure be coming back. The front desk staff was so polite and welcoming. There is also a mini fridge with complimentary water bottles for the patients. Lisa, the doctor who I saw was extremely knowledgable and kind. I had come in with what I thought was a skin infection and it turned out to be a breakout of rosacea. She explained to me everything I needed to know about my skin and how to treat it. I have been to this practice a few times and have seen Dr. Flamenbaum. She is the utmost professional and made me feel very comfortable. The nursing staff that works with her are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here for your skincare issues.

I really love my dermatologist Dr. Flamenbaum, all of the staff is friendly and attentive. The office is clean and well run, they even have a mini fridge in the waiting room with bottles of water for patients. I recommend this dermatology practice highly!

I took my son there and and the staff, the doctor and the doctor assistant were excellent, friendly, caring to my son and their bed side manners were also great. The waiting time was very short. At the end of the visit my son and I walked out of there not only satisfied but hopeful with the treatments agreed for my son and the recommendations Dr. Flamenbaum gave us.

I called at 3:45 pm to see if I could come in to have a rash looked at. The friendly receptionist said to come in at 5:00! I got there a few minutes early to do first time client paperwork which was minimal and exactly 5:00 I was called in to be seen! I have never experienced such prompt service and a same day appt! The Dr. was not in but a few PA's were and they handled the problem fine. I was in and out of the office quickly! This was my first visit to this particular Dermatologist office. I called on Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule a visit for me on Tuesday. I was surprised with the quick friendly service that was given to me. I am pretty sure upon entering the office on Tuesday, the same girl (young w/ glasses) was the one who assisted me on the phone.
