I went to see Angela Cusumano, PA, on May 18, 2021, as she was listed as specializing in eczema. She presented as being very professional. I explained my condition with having severe flare ups of eczema around my eyes, for months, without any resolution! Without even looking at the skin around my eyes, she simply stated that it is most likely related to allergies and recommended that I see an allergist. Extremely disappointed in the lack of patient care and responsibility of this place. I was seen for a sudden condition in February, for which I was prescribed numerous items after the doctor rushed through our visit, as if it was routine for her. I was scheduled for allergy testing 3 weeks later, until I got a call from this location saying my appointment was cancelled and that I'd have to wait for a call back (whenever the allergy test became available). Horrible service and communication. I have been trying to get them to send me my prescription for 4 MONTHS, calling every week (waiting on hold for 20 mins each time) and having them assure me that it is being sent tomorrow. I have yet to receive it.

Biggest waste of money I ever experienced. I had two laser resurfacing treatments done here and spent 1400 for them both. I made a second appointment for a laser I received the first time, sat in numbing cream for an hour just to find out that the laser I made the appointment for was not in office! I've had cystic acne for YEARS and had my fair share of cortisone injections to tame big cysts that won't budge. Like all of the other Schweiger groups, they very clearly dilute their cortisone to the point that it doesn't even do anything. The PA was lovely and the front desk was prompt and efficient. But as an organization Schweiger is not reliable for effective cortisone injections because of the extremely diluted solution they use. Incompetent. They can't get out of their own way to actually provide services to their patients. I made a follow up appointment to have a cyst removed. I specifically told the front desk the service needed and she told me it would be with Angela. Fine. I show up to my appointment and am told by Angela she doesn't remove cysts. Also told me I need a consult first (had my consult with Angela in February). Was a complete waste of time and money. This wasn't my first issue with them. They're also a nightmare re billing. This place is ridiculously expensive. I had an acne problem on my face and I saw Dr. Helen. But she did not help me a little. My arms, back and the body got itchy after taking the medicine she gave me. They did not tell me the price of removing one or two pimples until I got the bill. I cannot believe remove one or two pimples for just second cost 325$. Is it ridiculous! Definitely not recommend this place. Please tell your friends do not go and believe them.

The entire thrust of this practice is cosmetic. They make no provision for calling patients with the results of biopsies. When you do call, you will be shunted to an answering service with a promise of a callback. Do not expect an immediate response because you won't get one. As far as I am concerned this is a money machine rather than a medical office.

First time patient, and it will be my last time. Time management must be improved, it's unfair for patients to wait and constantly call to remind the Doctor to send in an RX, which should've been done immediately following the appointment, not 2 days later. Appointment was scheduled at 3:45pm, I was not seen until 5:05pm by the Dermatologist, Dr Helen Flamenbaum. If your time is valuable, avoid this office. Front desk receptionists were helpful.
