I recently had my first visit with Dr. Groissier. There was quite a long wait however that is what I have come to expect of dermatologist's offices. Let me start by saying that I will likely never go back to see this doctor. He was somewhat arrogant and rude. When I made the appointment, I was asked whether it was for a full body scan or just a particular area. Doctor Groisser Botched a simple Lipoma Removal in 2020. His pinch and stitch work left me with a huge ugly scar. I had to seek a plastic surgeon's advice to try to correct it. Dr. Groisser also left a quarter of the lipoma under my skin. He has A horrible bedside manner at least with women. He treats people like cattle in and out in five minutes. It's all about how much money he can make. I can only say that the nurses are nice.
Horrific experience! I waited over an hour to be seen. Dr. Groisser comes in clearly in a rush, asks me one question (where do I work-- which really does not have relevance to the issue that was at hand), barely looks at me, tells the nurse to order me a cream and then LITERALLY with one foot out the door asks if I have any other questions. Check Yelp and Google reviews and the concern that most voices over would be of the unbelievably long waiting time at this location, even when you have got an appointment and I was no exception to that. I had developed a wart on one of my toes and got an appointment with Dr.Groisser before the Holidays. The clinic looked very clean and was following the COVID safety protocols very seriously. What a place!! Dr. WAS way too fast! I have a wart on my finger and he went to freeze it off But instead missed the wart and went above it!! Was going to have another skin tag removed But he said make another appt. Yet he had time to do a full body scan!! Which I refused!! He called in a prescription which He doesn't even tell you why!! He's on something for sure. Too hyper!! And money hungry!! Don't go here you'll be sorry!! Calling them and getting connected to the right office or person is a major effort!!!
At a time where we are supposed to be social distancing this office could care less. As a new patient, we waited over a half hour for our appointment only to be told there were still 5 people ahead of us. Because I do have a life I rescheduled for another day with the PA. For that next appointment the wait was a little less but the waiting area was still ridiculously full. Not sure why they are over booking with one Dr & one PA. How are you properly cleaning? If you don't mind a 1-2 hour wait and a 2 minute visit with the doctor for whatever copay you have to pay, it's fine. Dr. G is nice and will diagnose you with something without a test. He also fat shames. So if that works for you, he's a great one to add to your repertoire. They did have a really good NP there for a while but she left. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. There are plenty of other places that are personable, knowledgeable, and are willing to spend more than a minute or two with their patients.
Wanted me to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Unacceptable. Overcrowded waiting room in the middle of a pandemic. No social distancing.
People had a wait time of 1-2 hours not even kidding. They need to learn to not over schedule...
