The receptionist I spoke with on Thursday December 26th at 8:20AM was extremely rude. I sent an email requesting an appointment for my wife. I didn't hear anything back so I called to follow-up. Her first response to me when I asked about the request I sent was "um sir, I have no idea what you're talking about." She said it in very snarky way. Felt rushed, waited over an hour to be seen. Dr.G used F bomb during my visit. He was very hyper and I think he was on something. Will never go back.

This review does NOT evaluate the physicians or any healthcare professionals because I left the waiting room after an unacceptable wait. When I arrived early, since I was a new patient, prepared to complete forms, there were over 20 people ahead of me and no one was being called to go to the treatment rooms. Understand that if you patronize this office you will spend a serious amount of your time waiting. I found another derm practice...

Made an appointment to see Dr. Groisser 7 am because the late hours are booked out too far in advance. Got to office at 6:45 patient lobby full already. Waited 40 minutes then asked when I would be seen next, only to be told three other patients were first. I left. If you know you are not going to call patient with 20 minutes why are you over booking? Its terrible to make someone wait over an hour for an appointment. We all have places to be and scheduled time is just THAT scheduled.

This Office is not run professionally at all!!! My daughter had an appointment for 10:30. When my husband got there it was a zoo. There were no seats and people were waiting out side. Almost 2 hours of waiting !!!!! Never ever again. Who ever does the appointments needs another Job .

This is ridiculous!! When appointments are made you should be told of the extensive wait. I had a appointment at 9:10, there are so many people waiting in the Nutley office!!! I've been here for an hour and don't know when I'll see the doctor. I've got to find someone else for my problem. There's got to be another dermatologist that can treat me!!!

wasted 55 minutes waiting to be called in for a scheduled appointment. complete waste of time and shows that this service does not value their patients.

Awful experience. I went Friday morning for a 9am appointment, did not make it into the exam room until 10:30 where I waited another 20 minutes. Dr was in and out in 2 minutes. Told me what I had then scribbled instructions on how to take medicine and when to apply gel and cream to face and was out. I will not be back nor will I ever recommend. Exam room was gross.
