I am a patient that usually visits the Verona office however, this morning I was sent to the Nutley office for a 6:50am appointment. It is now 7:45 and I am still sitting in the waiting room . This is just unacceptable! It takes an hour to see a doctor ? Who runs a practice like this ? This is so unprofessional and simply unacceptable . I have tried calling the Nutley office and the phone doesn't ring when I call a different office for Dr. Groisser the phone disconnects. I am writing this post because I have a situation and not sure what to do, Dr. Groisser worked on my back and removed what was there and told me it was not cancer.. however for the last week now my back has been in a lot of pain and not sure what to do, I tried Icy Hot patches and the Icy Hot Gel and neither one of them is helping. Most unprofessional medical practice i've ever been to. They had me wait over 1h45m for the doctor who saw me for maybe 1min and then rushed out. Did not explain anything about what the issue was or what the medications were for. Said they prescribed two but the pharmacy only received one. When trying to call back the main office said they would send a note marked with "URGENT" and that someone would call me back immediately. 30hours later still no response. first saw grossier did biop. said was skin cancer sent to glashofer who said he was surgeon& plastic surgeon cut it out side of nose, stitches 2wks removed stitches & put band aid on. no follow up! next day took bandaid off and was shocked at gap wound not close to being closed pus ozzing out called he said take antibio. to this day wound is still opened & ozzing blood & white globs called again never returned call. prior to this told him i went to essex county center dis. control that night call from his office sir it wa... read more

BEWARE! They will set you up with treatments that are not covered under your insurance and they won't tell you that. They say that it's up to you to check with your insurance company. They "say" that they will provide the medical codes so that you can check. Three months later, I'm getting bills from them for treatments that I had assumed were covered.

Went to this office and waited for about an hour to be seen. Finally I get to go into a room. He literally introduces himself, sees me for like 2 mins, gives a prescription for a cream and walks out. I was 9 mos pregnant at the time so I stopped him to ask if the cream was safe for my pregnancy, and he didn't even realize I was pregnant. He barely looks at his patients and doesn't ask any questions; not sure why the wait is so long. It seems as if they are just trying to get rid of you the minute you are seen. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff is rude to start off. The doctor has no bedside manner whatsoever. Went in for a cyst removal, first visit tells me a plan we will take to remove it, second visit changes the plan to something quicker and easier hoping it will work and schedules me for a follow up. The second "plan" that just saved him time and effort was completely useless and now I have to start over. To top it all of they over book by a mile. Wait time is horrible. It took one hour before I was seen by Dr Grossier. And when he worked in, he had this cockiness in him. He literarilly spent TWO MINS with me, considering I was a new patient. i hardly write reviews, but I am doing this so that this office can improve and at least anybody going to this office would have an idea what to expect.

While I like the doctor that has been working on my issues, I have had to wait over an HOUR for each of my two appointments, and the other people in the waiting room clearly have also suffered this unacceptable wait. The second time was even a 7:40 AM appointment. My time is too valuable to waste, and I am going to move to another service provider.
