While I like the doctor that has been working on my issues, I have had to wait over an HOUR for each of my two appointments, and the other people in the waiting room clearly have also suffered this unacceptable wait. The second time was even a 7:40 AM appointment. My time is too valuable to waste, and I am going to move to another service provider.
Waiting time is a nightmare! I had an 8am appointment and it is 9:15am and I'm still not even in a room! This very poor service. Wonder if patients are an hour or more late would they still see them? This will be my first and last time here. Wish my usual dermatologist was not on vacation. Going back to Dr Downie asap!
OK.. Where do I start? First off let me say PLEASE do NOT schedule with Annie M. "PA"!!! I brought my son here a few weeks back and everything seemed fine. No waiting time at all (We were called in as soon as I finished filling out) the nurse was very nice and took all of my son's medical history, allergies, medications he's taking etc. Then "Annie" walks into the room, blowing her nose, I could clearly see her nipples through her uniform, my son is a teenager and he got so nervous (obviously) then she went to the computer a... read more
