My experience today was great at California Skin Institute. Staff were very friendly and professional upon meeting me. During my examination, I was impressed with how much knowledge they had on what to do during procedures. Would definitely reccomend for others to come here to seek treatment. The front office staff and her assistants were also very efficient. I was in and out of the office vert quickly.

I had a wonderful experience today with Liz Papp at California Skin Institute! She was very friendly and professional upon meeting me. During my thorough examination, I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge she had and would recommend her to all! The front office staff and her assistants were also very friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the office in under 30 min!

I scheduled my appointment to have a personal procedure done and the staff was very courteous. I was a little concerned about parking but when I arrived there was plenty of spaces on the street and there are no meters, so the parking is free. I was greeted by the friendly staff and then the nurse, Kim, assisted me into the room. She is very knowledgeable and helped with talking to me about everything that was going to be done and exactly what to expect before, during and after the procedure. my appointment was canceled 5 minutes beforehand after driving half an hour to this location, moreover, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. was not helpful at all

An important note for those interested in going here. Liz Papp is a physician assistant -- she is NOT a board certified dermatologist. Several reviews here refer to her as doctor, which is incorrect, as she is not a licensed or practicing physician in the state of California. I wouldn't go here for any level of complex care beyond basic things like prescription refills. If you need complex work done (horrified to see she apparently does Botox), please do not go to this office. Otherwise, the location itself is a bit small, b... read more

This is a too that could be extremely important. You need to know that this office has a medical exam room right off the lobby where everyone is waiting. Anyone in the lobby can HEAR everything that is said in that room while waiting. If you use this office for your medical needs and you do not want others to hear your business, you could try requesting to be seen in the other rooms that have more privacy. I didn't notice any change in my face after Dr. Liz Papp finished with the injections. Usually after Botox goes above your upper lip it's hard to rub your lips together. The first time I went to CSI it was obvious. I wasn't able to rub my lips together for a couple of months. The second visit Dr. Papp said she was doing the exact same thing as the first. The staff at the Redwood City on Broadway location are top notch, very accommodating, and delightful. Dr Liz Papp is always cheerful and knows her trade. She fully listens to your needs and provides several options with complete honesty. They never press you one way or another. Love them all!!

Dr. Papp is very kind, listens, and is more knowledgeable than a Dr. AND a dermatologist at Kaiser who attempted to help my skin issue. She's wonderful.
