What a wonderful experience I had today with some skin issues. Liz was very thorough, explained my options and discussed what was the best course of treatment. Thank you! I'm 75-Years old and appreciated the simplistic explanations of my aging skin.
Dr. Liz Papp is an expert! I just love her. I have been seeing dermatologists since I was 12, I am 28 & she is one of my all time favorites. The providers here are excellent. Liz is very knowledgeable and her work is a piece of art. The office staff, Kim and Amber are friendly and answer questions in a very professional manner. They even take same day appointments, but you will need to call in advance to check if they have any openings. I would highly recommend Liz for your Dermatology and comestic needs!

First, I went to Dr. Rausch for over 20 years; then he retired and I continued on with Liz Papp and the Ca Skin Inst.. She is terrific and the office is very clean and nice. Kim, her nurse, is very professional and caring. So glad this office is nearby.

This review is long overdue. I have been a patient of Liz Papp for a number of years. When I found out she had moved from the Berman Institute a number of years ago, I had a difficult time finding out where she moved to since her prior office could not tell me. I was so elated when I called around and finally found that she was now working at the California Skin Institute. She is amazing, caring, and very professional. 1 star for the front desk staff. Every time I come and use care credit, the staff members don't know how to process the payment. The elderly lady is extremely rude and shows her annoyance EVERY TIME... at this point if her fault for not remembering how to do it. EVEN I KNOW HOW TO DO IT AT THIS POINT! Just enter in the facility username/password and process, NOT THAT HARD! Another lady, Kim has been particularly rude every time I come in and also has the same issue with care credit. I am a new patient and was seen by Liz Papp to have a cyst removed. She was very welcoming, charming, professional and caring, which made me feel immediately comfortable in her care. She asked if I had any other concerns or questions, which made me feel important, not rushed out and comfortable enough to ask about 2 other concerns and pricing on Botox. you need to ask and make sure how much it cost you for every steps and make sure they will not push you for follow up appointment it will end up extra unnecessary procedures and charges.
