This place is great! The office is located in a cute little house that they remodeled into a medical office. It's a little old but has its charm. I had a hard time finding it initially cause I was looking for an actual medical building but if you call, they'll give you directions. Lots of street parking too. The staff here was very friendly. I came here last week to get lip fillers by Liz Papp. She was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. My treatment went smoothly and successfully. The office environment was clean and calm. I felt very comfortable walking in and out. I really enjoy every time I come in here about once every five months. I recommend Liz Papp for fillers and all your skin needs.

I waited for a time frame to get a consultation done. I called to verify my appointment. I showed up early for my appointment, waited a half hour and still wasn't seen. They have poor communication and the office is old and nasty looking. After waiting I asked when they were going to see me, they couldn't even answer me. They appear to overbook their clients. I would highly recommend the California Skin Institute in Redwood City. I am in the process of having a series of IPL treatments on my face and chest. The staff at the office are friendly and efficient. The treatments I've gotten have made a remarkable difference in the quality of my skin! Seriously, I don't think I have seen a medical faculty run worse than here. They don't have my records from the office's other location even though I mentioned this when making the appointment (and other office said they would send it). She says that if she can't get my paperwork from the other office then she will have me fill out a medication list. (But she doesn't ask me if my meds are the same...and they aren't.) Awful!!! Scheduled appointment for IPL online via CSI website. Receive two confirmations for appointment (one email and one text). Showed up early (appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am) and receptionist #1 said I didn't have an appointment. Already off to a bad start and feel unimportant. I went to the same dermatology office for 11+ years for Hyperhidrosis Botox. When I moved to the Peninsula, I went to a few different offices, but all gave me some sort of runaround, were not personable, etc. I was close to giving up and going to my old dermatologist almost 2 hours away, but decided to try one more. Dr. Liz Papp is Hands down the best dermatologist I have ever had! She is so caring and really understands how to connect with her patients. I have never felt so comfortable getting laser hair removal. She makes it her first priority to make sure you're happy, healthy, comfortable, and confident. I'm so glad I found her.
