Liz and her staff deserve all 5 stars. I had visited the office a few times and each time the front desk receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Her nurse is so knowledgable and kept me updated at all times. Liz herself is friendly, personable, and professional. She took the time to explain things to me and I appreciated it as I haven't had that experience with other providers. Overall, I'm very satisfied and already referred my sister over.
I wanted to wait a month before posting my review so this is a month update since my first visit. I initially came here because on a Wednesday of December i had a major flare up all over the bottom half of my face, which had literally happened over the course of a couple hours. I went to see a dermatologist for a skin condition that eventually my pediatrician diagnosed as impetigo, an extremely common skin disease. Their dermatologist diagnosed me with spider bites and recommended me to use chemical treatment. I am glad I didn't follow through. Their incompetence is only matched with the extremely low quality of their customer service. Update: I was too quick to judge the results of my treatment. Liz went far too deep for the first time, as I've since learned at other dermatologists. It took me a week and a half to heal. The moisture barrier on my skin was destroyed and I now have worse scarring and orange peel like skin as a result of her moving her pen too fast. I am devastated. I have left a couple voicemails but her office hasn't gotten back.

Liz has always been great. Lots of helpful information given at appointments but also great for Botox.
Dr. Papp is a doctor you can trust for her knowledge, skill, honesty and transparency. It seems other people are reviewing their wait, or her office staff. Really, what was key to me was that she is an excellent doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any potential patient. If you research it, you can also compare the services she offers to other doctors.
I had a great experience this morning. I wasn't going into my appointment thinking I would walk out with the procedure but I felt that comfortable with getting it done...I did it. There was no pressure to get more than what I wanted and I respect that. I'm so looking forward to seeing my results. Thank you!
During my first appointment for a minor issue, I was told by the front desk staff my insurance would fully cover the Dr.'s visits. 7 months and 5 follow-up visits later I was surprised by a huge bill in the mail. I called the billing department and the representative was unflexible on the bill and extremely rude to me; she constantly interrupted me mid-sentence to ask if I intend to pay the bill, called me repetitive and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.
