I found Laila by reading other yelp reviews. So I want to pay it forward. I was 60 the first time I got botox. Starting this late is not ideal. I was sagging around my mouth my eyes with lines in my forehead from a lifetime of sun damage. After combing through yelp I opted to consult with Laila @ UltraDerm. I had radiesse filler yesterday by Kathleen...I am so happy...it looks so good...she does great work and is very friendly ....I will always go to her for fillers :)....and it was an unbelievably good price too!

I have terrible acne and was hopeful that Ultraderm would be able to do something. I spoke with Kim, a nurse, whom said that I would be better off to go to a Dermotologist, and gave me advice on what to ask about. She didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't have worked. She gave me some doctors names and wished me well. She was very kind to me. I hope that my skin will clear up and I can go back to get a nice facial from Ultraderm.

I called and asked a question about a simple facial service I wanted and was told I needed a consult. I booked the consult. I drove over 30 minutes one way and had to fill out a ton of paperwork for the 1 simple question I had. I had to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Upon entering the consult room, I was immediately handed 2 brochures (without anyone looking at my skin) and told they really only offer 1 service for the face. I spoke to staff members twice about the specific treatment I wanted before booking an appointment for a consultation. I paid my consultation fee and showed up to my appointment only to have the doctor walk in and inform me that they don't offer that treatment. So I received no consultation or exam, yet they kept my consultation fee, despite the fact that they knew which treatment I wanted, they don't even do it there, and the doctor spoke to me for all of 2 minutes, if that. Could not give this office a good enough review! The front staff are extremely professional and prompt. I asked for cancellations one time and got a call back later that day putting me into the schedule, that type of prompt. Laila is the artist/magician/RN that does my lip filler and Botox. She radiates authenticity and will be honest about the results you can achieve in one appointment versus several. I LOVE my lips and I enjoy my time with her in the office.
